Fractured has pushed the bar with their signature sound in an amazing new release “Beneath The Ashes”.

The ear candy includes a variety of mixed sounds, some familiar some newish.  There are the soft building tones of classical guitar and cello, hard driving guitars and multiple vocal layers.  On some tracks there’s an unashamed yet subtle delve into deep bass of dubstep, alongside the hard and fast electro industrial punch Fractured is famous for.  The release also features cameos by M@ From Encephalon and It-Clings.

Everything about the album is tight.  Nick Gorman’s lyrical narrative is captivating, and his superb voice (as always) provokes a variety of emotions.  Even the cover art is impressive.  It’s no surprise that this album is being so well received abroad.    Here at home, I highly recommend picking it up and putting it on repeat.
